Ann-Christin Engelke

Ann-Christin Engelke primarily acts as counsel in state court and arbitration proceedings. She focusses in particular on complex disputes in the field of digitalised and automated mechanical and plant engineering, the consultant and board-liability as well as energy law disputes. Ann-Christin Engelke convinced her clients by her ability to present complex issues, especially with technical context (ship propulsion technology, foundry technology, automation industry) in a way that is tangible for (arbitration) judges. Furthermore, Ann-Christin Engelke will develop together with her clients conflict-avoiding solution strategies and out-of-court settlement in early stages of a conflict.
