Dr. Michael Singh, LL.M. (LSE)

Dr. Michael Singh advises and represents clients in commercial and corporate disputes before arbitral tribunals and state courts. A particular focus of his work is the dispute resolution before international arbitral tribunals. As Dr. Singh has dealt with international commercial arbitration in his doctoral thesis, he has special expertise in this area. Furthermore, Dr. Singh has already gained experience as secretary of the arbitral tribunal, familiarising him with the arbitrator’s perspective.

In terms of content, the range of disputes in which Dr. Singh advises covers the entire spectrum of commercial law and includes inter alia construction and multinational joint venture disputes. This regularly involves complex contractual problems in cross-border legal transactions.
