Sven Luther

Sven Luther primarily acts in all areas of commercial law, with a focus on litigation before public courts and arbitration. Sven Luther has particular expertise in the area of consultant and board-liability through his work at the Chair of Commercial Criminal Law at the University of Konstanz. This enables him to quickly grasp the complex corporate, criminal and civil interconnections of consultant and board liability in order to develop an effective and business-oriented line of defence. During his legal clerkship, Sven Luther deepened his knowledge of commercial law and completed stations at a Chamber of Commerce, the Hamburg finance authority (asset and investment management) and a major international law firm, among others.
